THE BUILDING

The cooperative consists of 57 apartments, incl. 2-5 rok (rooms plus kitchen), all with balcony or patio / terrace.

Most of the apartments face south and towards the city park that the city has built in connection with Kista Manor. Both exterior and interior design offer fresh, well-disposed surfaces and a modern floor plan with generous lighting inside of the apartments.

THE AREA

Within ten minutes walking distance you will find the popular Kista Galleria which means we are close to shops, restaurants, cinemas and the metro station Kista. Commuter trains are available in Helenelund, which is a 15-minute walk from the house.

The bus communication is outstanding as several lines cross via the stations Kista Alléväg / Kista Gård where buses to Enköping also run. In addition to these, there is a bus station "Norgegatan" where bus 179 operates only 50-100 meters from the house.

KISTA GÅRD

Kista Gård and its manor house date from the 18th century. In the manor park is a well-planned green park with flowers, shrubs and trees as well as lovely play areas for children and adults. In the playground, strawberries and strawberries are planted in the summer and in winter the grove is transformed into a toboggan run for the little ones. The park is well maintained all year round but does best in summer.

THE KISTA DISTRICT

Kista district area consists of the districts Akalla, Husby and Kista which together are also called Norra Järvafältet.

The buildings in the area were built during the 1970s and are Stockholm's northernmost district. It is located between Stockholm's C and Arlanda Airport. Kista began to be expanded about 30 years ago and is now Stockholm's largest business area after City. There are a total of about 600 companies with over 25,000 employees. Kista Science Park, one of northern Europe's most dynamic business parks.
