Our board has taken on its assignments in addition to their regular weeks filled with work and family obligations. Therefore, it would be appreciated if non-urgent matters are primarily communicated via e-mail and that telephone calls are made within a reasonable time of day if it is not urgent. This way, we maintain and manage long-term sustainable board functions that have the eneegy to address our affairs year in and year out.
